Sorry for delayed posting on this fantastic project. As many of you will know we are on the way towards replacing the worn and aged play equipment down on the recreation ground.
So far we have commissioned Hags, who specialise in this arena, to suggest suitable pieces of equipment that can be used by children of all abilities in a safe and secure environment.
A target of £50,000 has been assessed as our final target to both purchase the new equipment and replenish some of the existing pieces that are salvageable.
Grant applications have been submitted, our community events continue to raise money and we have recieved some donations from individuals and a couple of local businesses. Keep an eye on our 'Totaliser Board' outside the village hall, next to the noticeboard for updates on how we are doing!
